Prevention of Psychosocial Risks

SOME PSYCHOSOCIAL RISKS INCLUDE:

  • Hazardous conditions in the workplace:
    • Workload exceeding the capacity of the worker.
    • Lack of control over work (ability to influence the organization and development of work when the process allows it).
    • Working hours that exceed the maximum permitted by the Federal Labor Law.
    • Interference in the work-family relationship.
    • Negative leadership.
    • Negative relationships at work.

GENERAL MEASURES

  • Our organization has established a committee responsible for monitoring the use of NOM 035. This committee ensures that all individuals are treated fairly without any risk of retaliation and that any baseless or abusive claims are prevented. The confidentiality of all cases is always maintained.
  • We aim to involve all employees in mitigating psychosocial risks, preventing workplace violence, and fostering a positive organizational environment.
  • We strongly condemn all forms of workplace violence, harassment, and sexual harassment, as well as any actions that promote them. Any individual found engaging in such behaviors will be subject to disciplinary action, with the utmost care taken to maintain the confidentiality of all cases.
  • We communicate and disseminate this Policy among all employees.
  • We honor and support our staff's right to practice their beliefs and respect their needs, regardless of race, gender, religion, ethnicity, age, or any other characteristic that may lead to discrimination.
  • We offer opportunities for participation and consultation to all our employees.

OUR POLICY IS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES:

To promote a favorable organizational environment at AC LOGISTICS:

  1. We conduct meetings with our employees to provide them with a chance to voice any doubts, concerns, or complaints they may have regarding their work activities.
  2. We have a cleaning service for work areas and common areas.
  3. We provide personal protective equipment and uniforms for employees in operational areas when required.
  4. During health emergencies, we provide employees with disinfecting products (hand sanitizer) and safety equipment (face shields, face masks) to prevent contagion at their workplace.
  5. We promote a respectful environment based on kindness and courtesy among and towards AC LOGISTICS employees.
  6. We address cases related to workplace violence and harassment and/or sexual harassment, and when applicable, we take appropriate measures.
  7. We provide training for all employees to ensure good performance in their roles.

IN GENERAL:
