There are two types of variants:

• Attributable to the courier: We will take full responsibility if your shipment is damaged or lost.

We offer the option to insure your shipment for an extra fee, which can be helpful in case of a valid claim.

The insured amount will be paid, but a deductible varies depending on your chosen courier company.

• Robbery: If the package is robbed during transportation, whether at gunpoint or through violence, the courier does not assume responsibility as the situation is beyond their control.
